As a Senior Software Developer within PNC’s Enterprise Technology & Security organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a remote position and can sit anywhere within the PNC footprint except Colorado, Hawaii, or Alaska. There are low expectations for regular in-person activities at the office.
You will be responsible for leading the successful development and implementations of Actimize.

- Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
- Proposes and designs software solutions to meet complex business needs. Prepares required technical and procedural documentation.
- Facilitates the resolution of complex problems.
- Provides technical advice and support to colleagues. Reviews software coding, testing and documentation.
- Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

Technical Troubleshooting – Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques, and ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve technical issues (hardware, software, application or operational).
Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
